“The River Where the Moon Rises” will reshoot the first 6 episodes with Na In Woo
The producers of “The River Where the Moon Rises” have announced their decision to reshoot the first 6 episodes of the drama.
On March 5, it was first confirmed that Na In Woo would play the role of Ondal following Ji Soo’s departure from The River Where The Moon Rises. Since then, the drama has remade scenes from 7 to 18 episodes with Ji Soo, which at the time was in full production.
However, since the reruns of the first six episodes were removed from Korean VOD sites (re-views), many fans of the drama, especially new viewers, have expressed a desire to watch the previous episodes as well. As a result, The River Where The Moon Rises will re-shoot the first six episodes with Na In Woo for release on VOD sites.
The production team commented, “More and more viewers are hoping to revisit episodes 1-6. To help current viewers immerse themselves in the drama and attract new viewers, we are re-shooting episodes 1-6. for VOD. Please look forward to episodes one through six, which will be entirely recreated with Na In Woo as Ondal. “
